    American conventioners coming to Niagara

beer , liquor, and ciggys are taxed heavily in Canada - a SIN tax

I would suggest before you cross border into Canada, that you stop at DUTY FREE store (24 hr) and stock up on supplies

a sample of pricing for beer- http://www.thebeerstore.ca/
    for liquor - http://www.lcbo.com/entry.html

    duty free store http://www.dutyfreeamericas.com/

once in Niagara Cuban cigars and other products are readily available

Your right, beer is almost 2.5X the price I pay here. How much can I legally bring across? BTW.... I've been buying Guinness in celebration of the trip!
My doctor gave me six months to live, but when I couldn't pay the bill he gave me six months more.

24 bottles per day might be rough.
