How did his "repair" void a manufactures warranty..??? I would get warranty for blower wheel and charge labor for repairs...... unless you did install and still had labor warranty..... JMHO

So? Its not like the H.O. broke it in the first place. It broke in the warranty period, it should be under warranty. Both my supply house and I would warranty that wheel-no problem. Now, if the attempted repair damaged the motor or some other part, then the warranty on those parts would be denied, but the wheel still covered.

Thats just stupid, everybody knows , you use a 1/4 tech screw on one side and 5/16 on the other side. Otherwise they wobble.

Why didn't he just go to the supply house and get a new blower wheel they don't cost near as much as a blower motor.
