    Condenser size.

Whats your opinion on this climatrol units size based on the model#.937227100 serial number FK190923. Its at least 25 years old it looks like 2-3 tons but the M/N is a little confusing to me. thanks

937 is the model, 22 is the size so a hair under 2 ton. Pushing more like 30 years old! Mid to late 70s.

    Thanks

Thanks for your help, that is what I wanted to hear. Once again the customer is way off on how old the unit is.

25 or 30 not much difference there, the unit was just about the most inefficient thing ever made.

Thank you for asking, I was able to confirm that it was a 7.5 ton. I only had the first digit of the serial number and it was a 6.

No problem, I was going to guess a 7.5 or 8. Those older climatrol units are sometimes hard to run down.
