    The funny line in the article is from Arlen Specter, saying that this was "an emotional issue."

    Yeah, that's right. A secret ballot protection under the constituion is "emotional."

    Dead for now.........until after November. There is a saying in Washington, "You just can't kill a bad idea." This is especially true when Democrats hold all the majorities. They'll try again. Bet on it.

    After the dems are finished setting up the tax and kill structure for carbon credits, and the IRS rolls out their new taxes, the support for card check will be even smaller. And, some who supported it will be gone...
