    building automation maintenance agreements???

    Hello All.

Long time reader first time poster, but I can not thank you guys enough for all information you have provided me over the years. I decided to finally post after finding nothing after some research (on hvac talk as well as the general internet).

A existing customer of mine is asking for a maintenance agreement on his building automation system (allerton). I was looking to see if anyone would be kind enough to shed some light on the subject with either a list of things they do for a MA or a example of their MA.

I know its a lot to ask but i thought I would be worth a shot.

    Thanks in Advance
    Mike
