    WOW

My son was cutting the grass and ducked just before his head hit this. Didn't get stung but had a tight grip on the mower seat. Wasn't there 2 weeks ago. Bout the size of a 2 ton Trane compressor. Some call them white faced hornets.

Wow that is really cool. Looks like it's time for a can of ether and a lighter.

How many of those babies ya got?

I've heard of those white faced, think I've been bit by 'em too. They're on the mean side of life.

Can be meaner then a rattle snake, sometimes they just go nuts if you even get close to their nest, very aggressive

The Green Hornet was pretty cool. So was the Brown Hornet from Fat Albert.

I've only seen the regular black and yellow hornets around here and they are bad this year.

lucky badboy my wife disturbed one of those underground hives and got stung 16 times before the landscaping guy from next door dragged her into the house unconsious as she is allergic to bee venom. i called 911 & they were here in 5 min. & carted her out with all kinds of machines . she swears she almost bought the farm , now she carries an emergency shot she can give herself in another emergency. went to the fire station and ordered pizza & stuff for those guys that saved her within minutes of that incident.............Jack
