    I just installed...

The new version of Internet Explorer (8, I think). And so far, I like it much better.

I hate change for the sake of change - there wasn't anything wrong with IE6.
General public's attitude towards our energy predicament: "I reject the reality of finite resource depletion and substitute it with my own; energy is infinite, we just need an alternative storage medium to run the cars on. The economy can grow indefinitely - we just need to "green" everything! Technology is energy! Peak what?"

I think it is a little faster then IE7, hangs up less and thank god! it did not crash anything.

I tried the beta version when it first came out and oh boy,,, bad, bad, bad things happened. Glad to see that they have the bugs worked out now

I also prefer Mozilla as my main
but you gotta have explorer as well because of the programs tied to it.
    For example
Davenet and partners portal are tied to I.E.
    Graingers is tied to I.E.
never did understand why a company would tie into it but they have
so if you want those pages ya gots to run em in I.E.

I use Davenet and have used Graingers....I have IE (6 I believe) installed on the system but I never use. And those things have worked fine for me in Firefox.
I did have one program that wouldn't run in firefox (was a payment website for a supplier) but it looked like it was built back in the 80's! We don't have that supplier anymore so I closed that out and don't have to worry about it anymore.
