Tyler open freezer display, frost issues

Working on a Tyler N6FL12 case where frost continues to build up on the product and under the shelves. All fans top, bottom, and inside the case work. The drain is trapped properly. Any ideas?

yeah whats the humidity % at?

The "top" ambient air fans should have filters on them, if not it is very possible that they have sucked dirt in and have plugged up the honeycombs.

also on that note, are the honeycombs clean?

is there an A/C vent disturbing the cases air curtain?

    Is the case over stocked?

    Is defrost too long?

    yadeyadedaaaaaaaaaaa.

ceiling fans are bad news in the summer. Had more than one disagreement with a customer onthat one. They hate to shut them off, means they have to clean them.
