    Just be your self
Answer anything they ask you as honestly as you can.
If you don't know the answer say so.
Don't be afraid to ask them questions either.

I had an interview with them years back

"Where do you see yourself in the future with Union Gas?"

"What is your opinion when it is difficult to apply a code?"
The way we build has a greater impact on our comfort, energy consumption and IAQ than any HVAC system we install.

thanks, that would be helpful for the next interview stage. If I go through this I will be doing the 2nd stage with the district service manager, HR, and senior service tech around.

I remember some years ago long before the TSSAs time a union gas central split ac had to go in at a place.
The warm air, discharge plenum was butted up tight to the floor joists as many of you know this was frowned on and in fact a code violation.
The local enforcing authority used to be the gas distributer, company of course.
A meeting was at the house and the sales rep wanted it installed without notice to the plenum.
Keep in mind this was in another gas companies territory.
The enforcing authority in whose city the job was being installed wanted the plenum cut down and lowered.
    This was not done.
    How do I know?
I know because a relative of mine was present at the meeting.
