Goodman condenser on a Trane air handler?
I am replacing a 10 seer 2 and 1/2 ton. R22 Trane heatpump condenser with a 13 seer 2 and 1\2 ton. R22 Goodman condenser. My air handler is a Trane. Will there be any issues due to the evap. coil size?
Bad move. Replace the indoor coil with a certified match with the new condenser.

The charge will never be right, system SEER may be less than 10, btu output will suffer.
The Moderator, BeenThere, has a presentation that outlines the issues of putting a new 13 SEER condenser with an older evap coil.
