Chiller going to waste

Two years ago we did a plant expansion and installed a new 60 ton water cooled chiller. We also eliminated gycol in the chiller system. Because of this we took a 30 ton air cooled chiller out of service. We budgeted to take the barrel and relocate it inside but it never got approved, all the while this unit is sitting,,,,, under a 200 ton tower which provides all the moisture you could ever want for rust to start.

I wish I could use it, scrap it, or sell it.
