combustion air snorkel

My townhouse does not a combustion air intake and I am wanting to put in a 6" one. In order to do this, I need to go out the rim joist and then raise up above the snow line. I heard there was a snorkel available for doing this. It was supposed to be white and adjustable. Does anyone know who makes these and where to get them?
