Thumbs down "Its probablly low on freon"

I hear this atleast 2X a day from some HO. I guess they think all we do is drive around town with a jug of freon in our passenger seat and fill up systems all day. My other favorate is when you ask them where the indoor unit is and they say "why, the A/C is outside." Whats your favorate HO self diagnosis?

This hair salon by me got a new RTU last fall and the A/C half is defective on it, and one of the things they did was replace the thermostat when it was obviously nothing to do with it! and a downgraded T-stat too.

On really hot days we place the jug upside down in our lap with the valve cracked open.

It's always the thermostat. Thats all I do all day, change thermostats and put in freezon stuff.

Dispatch 4:30 PM: "Could you take one more call, the tenant says it just needs freon, it should only take you a few minutes."

    Always freon.
I lost a contract at a bowling alley because i could not convince the guy he did NOT need to have his freon changed every year.
Stupid on both our parts, now i know better, give a retard what he wants, just write it up so its at his request and my objection.......ta daaaaaa
