Final decision time... 3 Ton 15 SEER Carrier or Rheem Heat Pump System
Here are my final options. Appreciate any feedback on which system sounds like the best one.
Carrier
Comfort series condenser
Performance series variable speed fan air handler
Vision Pro digital thermostat
Rheem
Prestige series (RPQL-JEZ) condenser
Prestige series (RHPL HM 3621 JA) variable speed fan air handler (I think the air handler is a 16 SEER)
Not sure about thermostat for this one
Thanks for your help!

I wouldn't say one's really better than the other. You want to get all model numbers (i.e., 24ACB336/FV4BNF005 for Carrier, etc.) before signing a contract. Both will do the job if sized/installed properly. The Rheem is probably more efficiency, and is a heat pump (is the Carrier too?).

They are both fantastic products, Ruud and Bryant have become my 2 lines and i have been very pleased with both. You will be happy with either one, i promise.

Both are heat pump systems.
The Carrier models are:

Model: 25HCB4

Model: FV4
How is the New Vision Pro Thermostat? Thinking about getting a Ecobee instead, but very expensive.

I prefer Carrier over Rheem products personally.
