    Oil on the electrical panel...

    So, I have seen many of these bulge out, have replaced 3 to 4 a day for the past 3 weeks. I have seen them split too. In my 15 year tenure I have never seen this.

    After finding out our second born was also a boy, my wife asked "why are you sooooooo happy" to which I replied; "2 of those things are easier to keep up with than 20,000!"

    Yup, green colored oil dripping from the bottom of the electrical panel.
    After finding out our second born was also a boy, my wife asked "why are you sooooooo happy" to which I replied; "2 of those things are easier to keep up with than 20,000!"

    The plastic bodied ones make a nice ooze.

    Been a while since I have seen a metal one do that.

    See those all the time. Made a mistake once and threw the old cap in the bed of my truck. The sun baked it and I had that oil everywhere!

    seen one of those just the other day. only it was mounted sideways in a carrier. made quite a mess. must have been running also when it did it. shorted out on the common side of the cap and tripped the breaker to the unit.
