Incentives for Energy Efficient Equipment

I'm in Western New York. Does anyone know of any additional incentives for installing new energy efficient HVAC equipment other than the Stimulus credit and the Rochester Gas and Electric rebate?

I don't know if there are any incentives, but here is the link to NYSERDA's ( New York State Energy Research and Development Agency ) residential page,

you'll have to navigate through it. Seem's like it's mostly advise though, not rebates, and they are the main governing agency in New York for financial incentives to go "greener".
