    Siemens BMS

    Hi, when I logged into our system screen showed Cabinet fail, there are 3 cabinets in the system all are powered, all appear to be tranmitting/receiving,and not on a corp.network not sure the controller model at this time.

    geo, you need to say more about the problem. You have said nothing. Either way, I used to work with SIEMENS Apogee several years ago and from what I remember if you have a cabinet offline is because its offline. simple as that.

    Check the cabinet power source, CPU and RS485 comm bus.

    LJAuto is correct. I've been w/SBT for 10+ yrs. There can be several reasons for you seeing panels "failed". Can be cable problem, comm port problem or it may be simply that u need to restart the insight pc...(even though the panels which are showing "failed" appear to be up and running normally.

    is the point display "bln failure" in "insight graphics", and the ddc connect state is ok in insight "system profile"?
    maybe your DDC battery is dead, the data lost in DDC. you can download all the data refresh in insight "date transfer"
