Made some tasty pork chops yesterday. I took 6 double cut bone in chops and marinated them in equal parts molasses and balsamic vinegar. I added fresh cracked black pepper, scallions and chopped garlic to the marinade. Let it sit in the fridge for 4 hours and grill over low heat 5-7 minutes each side. I served them with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and corn on the cob.
