Bakers aid was just a sales company. They would sell package deals of bakery equipment to grocery stores.

You will need to find the manufacturer of that oven.

Ask for melissa at Heritage Food Service @ 800-458-5593. I use them for parts. Bakers Aid is an actual oven mfg.

You could also check out www.3wire.com. They are a huge parts distributor and they also have alot of parts diagrams online. There is also another brand named "Bakers Aid" which can be confused with "Bakers Pride". I've serviced a "bakers aid" proofer which was actually made by Hobart.

If you go to http://partstown.com you are able to download the manual. If you don't see it there then you should call Bakers Aid

The model may be a BARO - xxx

Bakers Aid is supported by Hobart - Tech Supp for that oven is (800)280-2495.

Some models of that oven were metric and some standard, and a few mixed.
    Good luck!
