NAE information & Configuration Tool Stopped working

Hello,

Whenever I open NAE configuration tool it always goes to "stopped working" showing its trying to get it fixed but a second later the window disappear.
I had tried every possible compatibility combination, but was failed to get it running again, it had been working fine when was first installed but it wasn't in everyday use so I don't know since when it getting this error windows has been updated several times since then. A fresh setup file has been installed as well, but it doesn't seem to work anyway. also tried uninstalling and reinstall.
No errors are displayed while installing. however NAE update tool is working fine.

Windows: 10 Pro 64-bit
Build#: 19043

Funny thing is that a colleague using the same windows, same build number, same setup file and seems to have no trouble with the software

Have you tried to run the program as Administrator - right click on the program and select this.

Also look at your Windows Event Viewer for errors. I've seen .net issues and other errors which will show up in the event viewer.
