Waiting for Hot water from Desuperheater

My desuperheater was hooked up within the last few days on a ClimateMaster Tranquility 27. When the system is on, I can feel a definite heating differential between input and outflow water to the storage tank. However, I have tried pulling water from the drain valve of the storage tank and the from the overflow valve and the water does not seem to be getting warm. I plan to call my installer soon to check it out. Does anyone have any thoughts on what the issue may be. All valves are open and the installation seems to follow the diagram in the ClimateMaster manual. Also, the system has been run on an 80 degree day cooling the house to 72 degrees. Thanks.

The installer determined that there was a bad sensor in the unit preventing the the pump from operating. I was getting heat migrating from the desuperheater but no water flow. This problem is now resolved.
