    Holy Jolokia

The Bhut Jolokia chile pepper has been certified by the University of New Mexico as the hottest chile on the planet. Originally found in India.
Rated by Scoville Heat Units for comparison:

    Hatch green chile = about 1500 SHU's
    Jalapeno about 10000 SHU's
Bhut Jolokia More than 1 million SHU's
WOW That's hot. I'm surprised they found a container to hold them.

    If interested a 5 oz bottle retails for $10 (575)646-3028 or www.cajohns.com

Habaneros are plenty hot, readily available, and have the nicest smoky flavor. I'll stick with them.
My doctor gave me six months to live, but when I couldn't pay the bill he gave me six months more.
