the first pics in the previous two post show the returns.. one of the is directly in the side of one and the other seems to come in on top of some side extension piece as you can see.

Post pics of indoor unit and connecting ducts.

If the issue the whole house is being cooled to 72,then it's likely over sized, not setup or charged properly, etc.,
    .

If it's that you have to set the stat to 72 ,to get certain rooms comfortable, then it's likely a duct sizing issue to the rooms affected.
Which issue do you have from above?

Air filters located where for each furnace?

one filter is located right outside the master bedroom in a little nook type location in the ceiling.... the other is located at the end of one hallway near the attic stairs .

out of those listed things id probably lean towards the first scenario... but id really say its a bit of a mixture of the two ......before the last visit by the a/c company one room cooled extremely well so well in fact you could feel the air blowing out from under the door set at 73 of course and in my media room hardly any air blew out. he adjust ducts which helped the media room but now other areas are warmer but the temp still needs to be set 75 or lower for it to be cool in here.

also while up in the attic getting your info i was looking at the flex runs and it appears some of them are sinched up pretty well. some are small some are larger. seems the more i try to figure this out the more areas could be causing the issue lol .

i guess it also could be we have quite a few windows with no blinds or covers over them but that would only be an issue during the day when the sun is out and the problem is also present at night with having to keep the air set at 75 or lower..... my building manager is coming by tomorrow to have a look around and he is also going to get the load calc for me .
