    Soooooooooooooo, how bad is the housing market in your neck of the woods. My house is worth over 100K less since all this crap went down.

    My friends in real estate tell me it is a 3 to 10% drop depending upon the area. The home prices in my neighborhood are down slightly. I got screwed by Hurricane Katrina. I was building during the spike in prices. So, I'm hopeless at ever recovering my money.

    The neighborhood for the raffle house has had minimal effect. They are in a prime location for schools, churches, and interstate access. If I were to live in the metro, I'd live in that area.

    Ya, ya, ya... we've been slacking on the work days. Guess I better get my rear up there this weekend. I was planning to plant my annuals and spread mulch, but that can wait until the afternoon.

    The house is one light past SECC... take a right on Waterson Trail and the neighborhood is just past Middletown Christian Church on the right.

    LOL....

    There's some pampas grass that needs trimming on the left side of the house. He's already been reminded.

    It's a Maytag/Whirlpool dual fuel split system. I put an OD fan motor on it last year.
