    Depends, but 22 plus. A good company here has a opening. Lee Company. It is on HVACAGENT i believe.

    If things don't pick up soon, I may have to relocate. It would be tough to do, bad time to try and sell a house then buy another.

    When moving to a new area, don't buy. Rent for awhile to get a feel for the area. Instead of locking yourself down into a house that may not be in the area you like and can't sell quickly if you want to relocate again.

    Try renting your house on a month to month basis and rent in Nashville or wherever till you decide on what part of the city you would like to live.
