Honeywell VisionPro8000 & Trane 2/4TEE3F Air Handler

Just a simple question on wiring the tstat, I have a Trane 2/4TEE3F air handler and would like to use a Honeywell VisionPro8000 tstat, the Trane unit has a different wiring configuration than the Honeywell.
Here is what the Trane manual is telling me

Comfort Control------------------------- Variable speed air handler
