    I guess pizza is a regionally aquired taste. I'm not saying all pizza within the 5 boros, is the best , but I really never had pizza outside the 5 boros that I would say i really enjoyed.

    I forget the name of the place on 149 th street just past the grand concourse near courtlandt ave. Had the real good sicilian nice crispy bottom fluffy bread, sauce not to spicy.

    Now I want a nice corner slice.

    That's the one. Apparently they still use a coal oven. I heard it's slipped a little bit though.

    I worked around the area years ago,went for lunch there all the time.And yes the pizza is not as good.Nice link thanks.

    Y-Town would be Inner Circle Pizza. Thick crust, very light and crispy, semi-spicy sauce. Wedgewood (Fernando's) would be second, thinner Italian style, thicker sauce with killer Italian sausage.
    A good HVAC tech knows how, an educated HVAC tech knows why!
