Lynxspring LCD
Anybody play with one of these? I've got one installed on a JACE-2, but every time I drop the SerialLCDNetwork into my station, the drop fails with the error "Cannot instantiate type 'llcd:SerialLcdNetwork'"
No technical documentation to be found, and no technical support now that it's after closing time in the Midwest...
What am I missing?

isn't there a module that you need to install in the jace first?

That's the frustrating part - I've properly installed the module on my PC, and on the JACE; I can open the Lynxspring palette just fine - but I get the error anyway!

Where in the station are you dropping the SerialLCDNetwork?
under Drivers?
Is this your LCD model?

Yep, that's the display.
And yes, I'm dropping the LCDSerialNetwork under Drivers.

In all fairness, I should close this thread: once I got ahold of them, the Lynxspring guys were great. The problem turned out to be that the LCD display requires the JACE to be loaded with Runtime+UI modules, not just the Runtime modules I originally loaded. Once I recommissioned the JACE, it worked perfectly.
