Ok guys let me have it, I pulled this off the condenser coil of a sandwhich cooler. I always keep the coils clean in my building and get on the others guys about it telling them air flow is very important, but this cooler had to be pulled out and then you still have crawl over the top of it to get behind it to get at the coil so I always told myself I'll get that when I have more time.
Gee I wonder why it wouldn't go below 50

it also makes the space between the fins wider and less likely collect dust.
