beer can chickens always turn out great

I always add spices to the beer cans
that way it cooks into the chicken inside and outIf con is the opposite of pro

Potatoes are good Try also an Onion .......peeled of course maybe a Orange or a Lemon...... anything that seals up the opening to keep the steam inside Originally Posted by iron

Looks great! What's the right temp or setting on the grill to cook them at? About how long do you let them cook? I would like to try that..

they look great. that's one thing i didn't consider when i built my cooker. they won't fit. i have to use those little cornish game hens and use those skinny energy drink cans. i dump out 2/3 of the drink and put beer and spices in it.i like that potato trick. i think i will be doing that tonight.
