    US Range

    I cannot seem to find a model and/or serial # on this unit. Can anyone tell me where I might be able to find it? Its about 10 years old(guesstimate). The problem is that the pilot wont stay lit and the thermocouple seems to be unique in that it has two spots where it threads into the pilot assy and it doesnt appear as though I can use a universal type. It has a Baso h15 valve. Thanks in advance.

    Generally the data plate on Garland/US Range is located behind the kickplate under the oven door on the upper left side. I would call Garland on Monday and see if they they can assist.
