Hey you like your shrooms and onions like me, cooked almost all of the way down. Have to try adding the garlic to it, unfortunately the tatoes are not in my diet, dang it they are my favorite next to steak from the local butcher. What kind of shrooms do you use, I prefer criminis or baby bellas. Never tried in peanut oil I normally use reg olive oil extra virgin is a little bitter for shrooms but the peanut is probably a nice compliment with the garlic. NICE
Build it and it will break. Fix it and it will work. Ignore it and will cost more. Patch it and it will get worse. Cross the bridge before the flood.

Oh yeah try this once. Soak the onion white, red (preferably) or vidalia in some lemon juice for a while before you saute it. It will break down some but it adds a little different kick to the taste. Be sure to dry the onion off before throwing it in the oil.

Benn, you're probably at that place where it all comes together in your head first. That's a good trick especially if there is no recipe.
Tracers work both ways.

That is how you know who grew up without the silver spoon in their mouth. If your cabinets contents are as limited as mine were you learn to make a meal out of next to nothing. Only one home and hungry you gotta do what you gotta do. Eggs, cheese, and what ever sounds like a meal.

There is nothing like a pot of soup or a skillet of fried rice to clean out the "ice box"
