One solution to exhaust fan access
I couldn't figure how to get to the top exhaust fan on the side of a building without a lift or scaffolding, so I made a stand-off.

Nice work man!
I wish I had this when I cleaned exhaust hoods 12 years ago. Ha ha

How high up on the wall is that fan? The last service van I had was a sprinter and I didn't want to install a ladder rack so I carried a little giant (knock off) type ladder and it was real handy. Now I bought a E350 with a KUV body and I still carry the ladder along with an extension ladder because it is so handy. You can set them up as an A-frame with one side being shorter than the other so you can get right up against the wall. But anyways I like your idea. How is the stability when up there? Seems like it might be more likely to tip sideways.
