My grandson and I were in the supermarket. Looking into the refrigerated case he said, "I never had dem little chickens.'
So I bought 3 Cornish Hens. I haven't had them in years. They used to be a popular thing to cook but they got out of fashion.
I stuffed them with rice that was mixed in with fried onion, mushrooms and tarragon. Smoked them for about 2 hours. He sure did like that little chicken.
