    Set It And Forget IT?

I guess I'll find out. Deb brought home one of those Ronco rotisseries.
    I'll try a chicken.
    Anyone use these.

i have one, and it works great. we use it alot in the winter if it's to cold or to much snow for the grill. i will say i have never had a roast look like it does on tv but it always comes out juicy. it seems that it works best on pork.

I broke it in Saturday with a chicken. Best I've made. Salt, pepper, 1hr 15min.
And lots of schmaltz for the dogs. That's what my Jewish friend says is Yiddish for chicken drippings.

This one was the smaller one as there are just us two. $69 on sale at K-mart.
I guess George Forman has one too.

it's my go to for gamebirds, rub them down with olive oil, salt & pepper to taste. ducks , pheasant & grouse don't get any tastier. only way i've tried that pheasant always come out juicey.
