El Cheapo
Better Homes & Gardens put together a special edition on Mexican cooking $6.
9 different salsas etc, Some receipes by Rick Bayless.
Looking it over it seems like it's not Americanized. Looks like the real thing. Anyway 94 dishes for $6Tracers work both ways.
