NAE/NIE Question
I have an NAE 45 that was changed to an NIE. I am trying to change it back to an NAE but I don't have the ChangeModel file on the computer. I think it is in the NIE flash image. Is there a way to upload the flash image to my computer?

I believe changemodel resides in the NAE/NIE.

according to the pdf file, it says that it installs it automatically on the computer when you change the release of the nae. Someone else changed it before me and somehow I need to upload the file.

This is from ToggleTunnel and ChangeModel Technical Bulletin Part No. 24-10110-93 Rev E
"ChangeModel is included in Release 2.1.20 or later NAE55s/NIE55s and installs
automatically when you apply a Release 2.1.20 or later image.
This document doesn't mention using changemodel with an NAE45. I've never done that before.

The one of the first steps from the ToggleTunnel and ChangeModel Technical Bulletin is to remote desktop into the NAE. This allows you to get to the dos prompt of the NAE.
"Note: Refer to the NAE Commissioning Guide (LIT-1201519) for in-depth
instructions on using Remote Desktop to access the NAE55/NIE55."

I finally figured it out thank you chewlak, you got me thinking in a different way. I had to remote desktop into the actual NAE itself. The pdf files made me think that I had to remote desktop into the workstation that the NAE was connected to.
