This plan could work

This was an article from the St. Petersburg Times Newspaper on Sunday.
The Business Section asked readers for ideas on "How Would You Fix the Economy?"
I thought this was the BEST idea....
I think this guy nailed it!
Dear Mr. President,
Patriotic retirement:
There are about 40 million people over 50 in the work force - Pay them $1 million apiece severance with the following stipulations:
1) They leave their jobs. Forty million job openings - Unemployment fixed.
2) They buy NEW American cars. Forty million cars ordered - Auto Industry fixed.
3) They either buy a house/pay off their mortgage - Housing Crisis fixed.
It can't get any easier than that!PS If more money is needed, have all members in Congress and their constituents pay their taxes LOLNO Brains NO Headaches

There is just one problem:
The politicians do not get to parade around being big-shots; and more important... They would not be in control anymore.
The truth is, they do not want to fix anything (regardless of what they say). They only want control.
Case in point: The current president's chief of staff said: Never waste a crises. What he meant was/is: Whenever one can breed fear in the public, take as much advantage of it as possible.
Old timers remember me typing this:
NEVER TRUST A POLITICIAN, NEVER. (Regardless of who they are or which party they hail from).GA-HVAC-Tech
Galatians 2:20-21; Colossians 1: 21-22 & 26-27; 3:1-4; Romans Ch's 5-6-7-8
2 Chronicles 7:14
Quality work at a fair price with excellent customer service.

Ding...ding...ding...ding...ding. We have a winner!
No reserve. No retreat. No regrets.
For those who have fought for it, freedom has a sweetness the protected will never know.
