again, you'd have to list the materials of the element, the resistance of a heating element is variable. there's no sure way to get the voltage drop in a formula... a toaster has no airflow to speak of, so the temp would climb and the resistance would as well. in series, the load would climb, and you'd have to measure the voltage across the entire "set" of elements. there's no SIMPLE formula.
