It was nice of you to donate this plenum to the local neighborhood play ground. All the little kiddies will now have a bean bag toss game.

This is like the guy that burn his house down while using his homemade wood stove. He made the stove out of wood hence that made it a wood stove.

What I love most is that entire row of nails which missed the 2 x 2 as they traveld through the Masonite siding!

Yes, that is exterior siding, made from Masonite or some equivalent product. If it had been installed as siding, it would have rotted in 5 years or less and HO could have been part of the class action lawsuit!

I stand corrected, thats masonite. Its moot how ever .I wasnt so much correcting ,as undelining the absurdity by nitpicking . This is so ridiculous and not to be beleived , I was completely dumfounded. my apologies if my comment was misinterpreted. No disrepect or chop busting meant.

that reminds me of the apartment that i lived in. The place had no ductwork at all. The air handler was connected to the space between the ceiling and the attic. then holes were cut around the apartment for the air to "leak" into the apt

But realize that this job is going to be acceptable to the City of Little Rock now. Masonite is a very hard material that requires a battery operated circular saw to cut it, and hammer and nails to attach it - an air nailer if the installer is a real PRO. Or for hand tools, a utility knife to score and snap it, and a caulk gun with liquid nails to attach it. But, it is very solid material that will hold up for a real long time, so it must be good!
