    What size Hvac Unit

    Just received a quote on a new system on a new home were building. HVAC Contarctor did a J manual Calculation and said it could be a 3 or 3
    1/2 ton unit. Don,t want to oversize. Here are the results, what are you thoughts?

    I can't get that much sensible out of any 3 or 3 1/2 ton system that we sell.
