    Yes I would.

    Unless you find a bill from the summer that shows, that the normal rate. Would be cheap enough for the A/C in the summer. To make up for the rest of the year.

    Going from your day night meeter to a regular one.
    If the regular rate is 2 cents more per KWH.
    And your water heater currently runs for 4 hours a night. Figuring that it will still need at least the same amount of total run time(4 hours) if allowed to come on any time..
    It would increase your hot water cost, by roughly $120.00 a year.
