Would anyone either tell me or tell me how to determine the SEER and EER of the following installed combinations?

Trane Air Handler Model 4TEE3C06A
with a
Trane Heat Pump XL20i 4TWZ0048A
with a
Trane Thermostat Model TCONT900



Trane Air Handler Model 4TEE3C07A
with a
Trane Heat Pump XL20i 4TWZ0048A
with a
Trane Thermostat Model TCONT900

4TWZ0048A with 4TEE3C06A: 44.5 mbh cooling (48 would be 4 tons), 42.5 mbh heating, 12 EER, 17.5 SEER, 9 HSPF

4TWZ0048A with 4TEE3C07A: 45.5 mbh cooling, 45.5 mbh heating, 12 EER, 17.25 SEER, 9 HSPF.

Neither qualify for the $1500 tax credit, unfortunately.
