Went to the Y today did 3 lap (8.5 lat to a mile)
The old man with a cain and I walk on to the track at the same time. He pass me right and the lap me twice.

I had to laugh (Dam smart ass old man probly laughing his a$$ off about it)

That OK I did 10 20 lb cures and the Real real Cute young girl was doing the same thing with a 40 lbs 2 to my every one. She smiled at me and then saw my shirt which said "Cancer Sucks"
She started talk to me about how brave I was and asking me about my cancer, treatment and so on. She gave me a nice big huge and she would be thing of me.

I thought I be thinking of you too, trust me

You must have missed the special edition show a few years back, "Inside Katy Couric."

She decided to have one on TV to encourage people to get one. They carefully edited the tape to show only the video AFTER the insertion, and none of the "approach." Still, I thought to myself, "heck, she's asleep, how hard can this be?" so I had one a year later and they found three polyps that could have turned bad if left to their own designs. I woke up without the polyps and with a BIG appetite. Went out and had breakfast.
