My first vacuum pump Watsco VP211. Sounded like a "motorboat".
Original oil-less pump.

Whats new about oiless vacuum pumps? I have a Watsco VP211 oiless Vaccum since 1971. Use Imperial Max Vac with braided copper hoses with drier on Refrigerant line. and Supco 65 Digital Vaccum gauge. Also have CPS Vaccum pump(oil)CPS 4 way Manifold and digital Vaccum gauge. For the NEW refreigerants Imperial Kwik-charge manifold has filters in all the ports. Heatcraft recomends this, and Hussman also.
