They are "props."
And in liquid, the airfoil design would be used to reduce cavitation.

Just got word this morning a friend died issuse CAUSED most likely from Treatment for her Brain Cancer.
Left behind a 13 yr, 15, yr old and a 20 yr old. Dad is has real issues and in picture.
Her tumor makerer were shrinking.
