Bret,
99% of 'normal' men would have given up at about 15 years old and God knows where they would have ended up by now.....Your many, varied, honest, sincere and very deep attributes continue to amaze me.....

Speaking of "system resources"....
Back in my dialup days, I used AOL, like a lot of newbie users. I still have my old AOL email for times when I don't want to give out my DSL address.
One of the best moves I made recently is to remove as muuch of the AOL software as I could, and turned off the rest in task manager, and set all of the AOL entries in Zone Alarm to "block."
Suddenly, my machine runs a lot better. I check AOL email through the web portal.
I find Firefox is a little buggy, in that sometimes it (3.5.3) will not open, and when you try to uninstall it as a fix, a window claims it is actually running, albeit in the background. So, I reboot and it starts working.[Avatar photo from a Florida training accident. Everyone walked away.]
