    PPFFFTttt... Like I really got an answer!!! After missing three days at work I couldnt miss another. I guess I need to sched an appointment with a gastroentrologist?? and get tested. I promised my wife some time back I would get a physical, so I will make that appointment. Maybe get referred at that time? I dont know....

    Lucky me.... get to do an RTU changeout in the morning... get to leave at least a half hr earlier to get up there in time. Its like a 1 hrs trip..... say.... about 33 miles.
    They didnt want to replace it more than a month ago.... but the last time I was there... (a week) their blower wheel flew apart and seized. Imagine an 94 or 96 carrier rtu in the coastal environment. It needed to be replace. Just wonder how much they spent in the last 2 months trying to bandaid it! Probably 500 dollars if not more.

    hope everyone had a good day...i almost got killed.

    shut of the unit mounted disconnect on a trane 300 tonner...it snapped hard like they usually do...made a clunking sound like they usually do.

    opened it up...looks normal. oh...better do the 3 point voltage check...495 on the top side of the disconnect...495 on the bottom side? must be millivolts. i better check again...495 on all 3 phases! the disconnect switch mechanism was bent and when it went to switch the breaker handle to the off position it slipped off the breaker handle at the last second. everything felt and sounded like normal but it wasn't. fixed the disconnect mechanism and it works well now.


    BE CAREFUL OUT THERE MY TIRED AND HOT (esp you sooooooptek...i hear you are real hot ) AND OVERWORKED BROTHERS!
