Grits with butter, salt and pepper. I chop my bacon and eggs into it and scoop it onto buttered toast. MMMMMmmmm A pot of fresh ground coffee on the side and I'm in heaven.

Have you though of hiring a Admin Asst. 1/2 and they could do all that paper work scheduling and you'd be available to be billable.

A good Admin Asst. is worth their weight in gold.

My wife was doing paperwork. I'm trying to talk my mom into moving up here for a while to help. A few years ago we had an admin assistant at my brother's shop make off with close to 25K in less than a year.
