Too true. I went to CGCs website. Theres no petroleum shortage, its a petroleum over dependency.

Even refrigerants are made from petroleum. And that ladies and gentlemen, is how people will be controlled: the price of gas haha.

Apparently there a lot of old buildings here in downtown Toronto that use water straight from lake Ontario for use in the cooling process. They reject the water right back into the lake.

i did 35 miles yesterday, pretty easy didnt break a sweat but it was about 50* outside.
my legs feel great and my lungs even better!
my hands hurt and my butt is killing me.

need to re-learn how to drink eat and unwrap snacks while pedaling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Only girls and Muricans use bar ends....we can tell the Muricans in the lift lineups at Whistler...they have those things.....they'll rip yer gonads off when you launch over the bars Fronk...use them on the road but NOT when you go into the woods.....

The gut will go pretty quick.......have either a strong coffee or a 5 hour energy before a ride if you want a kick in the pants.....it'll speed up your metabolism when you are starting......and stick to protein only (yugh....but effective) bars. I use the PowerBars.....
